CO2 SNOW HORN

Description

This method describes how to obtain a representative, low pressure, sample liquid carbon dioxide (LCO2) using small (ex. 1 – 5 L), inert, specially cleaned STAINLESS STEEL SNOW COLLECTION JAR and associated equipment. This sample container is specifically designed to allow non-compressed CO2, This is an important advantage to cross-check the quality of final CO2. This SS Snow collection jar contained sample can be used for trace analysis of sensory related tests. Refer to the ISBT “Table of Container Suitability for Test Methods” for more details. it is recommended that all analytical tests be performed as soon as possible and within 15 minutes of the sampling time. Test results obtained beyond this storage interval should be duly-noted for re-sampling / re-testing considerations.
